We send a trusted team of 1–2 cleaners who have been carefully vetted, background-checked, and trained to treat your home with the utmost care and respect. On rare occasions, we may send a third team member, but we generally keep crews small for quality and safety reasons.
Do I need to be home during my cleaning?
Not at all. You’re welcome to stay, leave, or even come and go—we want you to feel at ease. Some clients greet us and head out, while others prefer to stick around. Many choose to provide access via key or lockbox. Whatever your preference, we’re happy to work around it.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No need! We bring all the professional cleaning products and tools needed to get the job done right. In fact, using our own supplies ensures consistent results and helps us maintain high-quality standards.
Do you guarantee your services?
Absolutely. We stand by our work with a Villages satisfaction guarantee. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll return promptly to fix it. While we don’t offer cash refunds, we will make things right so you’re completely satisfied.
Can I reschedule a cleaning in The Villages Florida?
Yes! Life happens—we understand. Just let us know by 8:00 AM on the day of your scheduled cleaning, and we’ll gladly reschedule without any penalty.
What’s your cancellation policy?
If you cancel before 8:00 AM on the day of your appointment, there’s no charge. However, if we arrive and are unable to access your home, a lock-out fee may apply to cover the team’s time and travel.
Will you move furniture when cleaning my home in The Villages?
We can shift small items under 10 lbs as needed. For heavier furniture, we ask that you move it in advance if you’d like us to clean underneath or behind it, as our team cannot lift anything beyond that weight for safety reasons.
